The Private Ocean View Villas are 1,000 sq ft. luxury accommodations, nestled in the rainforest with breath-taking panoramic ocean views of the iconic and famous "Whales Tale"


Lounge on your very own over-sized deck, that features a plunge pool that can be heated or chilled, as well as an outdoor rain shower


Ocean View Villa has a main King size bed, with the option to also have a murphy-style Queen size bed. The villa can accommodate up to 3 people in a spacious studio-like setting. 


Ocean View Villas are fully equipped with complimentary high-speed Wifi, A/C units, kitcheonette, locally grown coffee and coffeemaker, fresh linens and towels, dual-sink bathroom,  in-room safe, organic bath products, daily house-keeping, concierge services and more.


The villa is a short walking distance from the on-site restaurant, main pool, reception and Garden Casitas.

The Garden Casitas are luxury homes, surrounded by pristine rainforest and lush gardens. They feature 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom

There are shared common spaces like the kitchen, dining and living room. They have an outdoor garden patio with a grill, large lawns and easy access to on-site trails and waterfall


Garden Casitas have a large pool with sun-bed loungers, tropical fruit trees to pick fresh fruit, and views of the ocean and iconic Whales Tale from afar.

  • Is my flight included?

    No. You are responsible for booking your own flights. 


    However, you will be guided on which flights to book to ensure you are accommodated for the group airport transfer upon arrival and departure days

  • What airport should I fly into?

    San Jose International Airport. Detailed flight and airport information will be provided after registration, to ensure  you arrive and depart in time for the group airport transfer.

  • Can I arrive or leave before or after the dates listed?

    No. Your reservation is locked in for the dates listed.

  • Can I come alone?

    Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and leave with meaningful connections.

  • Can I share my room?

    Yes. Sharing this experience with a loved one(s) makes it that much more special

  • Are payment plans available?

    Yes, flexible payment plans are available to make your retreat experience accessible. However your reservation must be paid in full, prior to the retreat.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Deposits are non-refundable.

  • What should I pack?

    A packing guide will be sent to registered participants as we get closer to the retreat dates

  • Is it safe?

    Yes, our hotel retreat venue has 24/7 on-site security plus safes in every room. 


    Our location is generally safe for tourists, plus you have professional group transportation provided


    While off the property, use common sense security measures as you would anywhere else. Avoid having expensive valuables in plain view and/or leaving them unattended. 



  • Is the water safe to consume?

    Yes, the water is completely safe and high quality, sourced from the mountain spring for ultimate hydration

  • Are their insects and wildlife?

    Due to the location of where we are, there are thankfully very little mosquitos


    The venue, property and accommodations are well maintained and cared for 


    You may see things like bugs, insects, reptiles, birds and monkeys. 


    There is also rich marine life and exotic tropical ecosystems, home to native wildlife and plants.


    We will be in areas that are safe for walking and swimming, so there is generally no need to worry


    However it is always recommended to be present and attentive when in the Wild!
